Welcome drink - Grapefruit negroni or G&T&CB.
Nibbles – Fresh bread and butter / radishes with garlic tahini sauce.
First course – Home-made mozzerrella with lemon and mint dressed broad bean and courgette salad.
Second course – Smoked salmon with fennel and grapefruit salad.
Main course – Slow cooked beef pepper stew.
Dessert – Polenta cake with Aperol strawberries.
